Bengaluru, Dec. 1: Gita Jayanti was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari.The students explained in detail the purpose and background of celebrating Gita Jayanti, saying that this day marks the birth of the Hindu holy book, Bhagavad Gita. That is, Gita Jayanti marks the day when Lord Krishna preached the Gita to Arjuna.Later, the little students dressed up as Krishna and Arjuna and acted out a scene of preaching the Gita. The students recited a selected chapter of the Bhagavad Gita en masse.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಡಿ. 1: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬನಶಂಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೀತಾಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗೀತಾ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಡುತ್ತ ಈ ದಿನ, ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಗ್ರಂಥ, ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆ ಜನಿಸಿದ ದಿನವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂದರೆ ಗೀತಾ ಜಯಂತಿಯು ಭಗವಾನ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅರ್ಜುನನಿಗೆ ಗೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಉಪದೇಶಿಸಿದ ದಿನವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.ಬಳಿಕ ಪುಟ್ಟ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೃಷ್ಣಾರ್ಜುನನಂತೆ ವೇಷವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ಗೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಉಪದೇಶಿಸುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭವನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಯ ಮಾಡಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು. ಹಾಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆಯ ಆಯ್ದ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯವೊಂದನ್ನು ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪಠಿಸಿದರು.
