Bengaluru, Dec 13: A Rashtrotsava themed “Punarutthan Bharat – Panchaparivartana Parva” was organized herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari for students of classes 6 to 12.
Former IPS officer Sri Annamalai Kuppuswamy and General Secretary of Rashtrotthana Parishat Sri N. Dinesh Hegde were the chief guests.
This festival very clearly and powerfully reflected the resolve to move from individual development to national revival through the five transformation paths of family, homeland, social harmony, environment and civic duty.
In his guiding speech, Sri Dinesh Hegde explained in detail the need for value-based education, the development of national spirit and the importance of personality development. Emphasizing that education plays a key role in shaping responsible, disciplined and resilient citizens, he clarified that the principle of Panchaparivartana is the strong foundation of nation building.
Sri Annamalai Kuppuswamy, in his speech, expressed concern about the all-round development of students. Stating that the role of family and educational institutions is crucial in nation building, he called for instilling cultural values, discipline, hard work and a clear purpose in life in children from childhood. Appreciating the positive transformation taking place in the Indian education sector, he convinced parents of the need to avoid excessive use of mobile phones and spend quality time with their families. He also emphasized the importance of physical health, exercise and a disciplined lifestyle.
Later, along with the commemoration of Vande Mataram Day, the 150th anniversary of the National Anthem of India was celebrated with respect. The assembly sang Vande Mataram. The cultural programmes presented by students of classes 6 to 12 artistically, emotionally and impressively unveiled the vision of Panchaparivaranthana. The occasion commemorated 100 years of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and 60 years of service of Rashtroththan Parishad.

ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಐಪಿಎಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಣ್ಣಾಮಲೈ ಕುಪ್ಪುಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರಿ ನಾ. ದಿನೇಶ್ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ಅವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಕುಟುಂಬ, ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಾಮರಸ್ಯ, ಪರಿಸರ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಗರಿಕ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಎಂಬ ಐದು ಪರಿವರ್ತನಾ ದಾರಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಿಂದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನದವರೆಗೆ ಸಾಗುವ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ಈ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಶಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸಿತು.
ಶ್ರೀ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ಅವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಕ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಚೇತನದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮವಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ, ಶಿಸ್ತುಬದ್ಧ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥೈರ್ಯವಂತ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ರೂಪುಗೊಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳಿ, ಪಂಚಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಯ ತತ್ತ್ವವೇ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ದೃಢ ಆಧಾರವೆಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀ ಅಣ್ಣಾಮಲೈ ಕುಪ್ಪುಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸರ್ವಾಂಗೀಣ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಕುರಿತು ಕಾಳಜಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಲ್ಯದಿಂದಲೇ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು, ಶಿಸ್ತು, ಶ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಜೀವನೋದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಭಾರತೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಗೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ, ಅತಿಯಾದ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಬಳಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಮಯ ಕಳೆಯುವ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ ಮನವರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ದೈಹಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಸ್ತುಬದ್ಧ ಜೀವನಶೈಲಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳಿದರು. ಅನಂತರ ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ ದಿನದ ಸ್ಮರಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಭಾರತದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗೀತೆಯ 150ನೇ ವರ್ಷಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಗೌರವಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಂದೆ ಮಾತರಂ ಸಮೂಹ ಗಾಯನವು ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಳಗಿತು. 6ರಿಂದ 12ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಗೊಂಡ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಪಂಚಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಯ ಆಶಯವನ್ನು ಕಲಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ, ಭಾವಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಭಾವಶಾಲಿಯಾಗಿ ಅನಾವರಣಗೊಳಿಸಿತು. ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘದ (RSS) 100 ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ 60 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸೇವಾ ಪಯಣವನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
