Bengaluru, Dec 21-22: A Teacher Orientation Program was organised herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari.Teachers from Rashtrotthana Banashankari, Somanahalli School participated in this workshop.Panchamukhi Education – A Framework for Holistic Learning, AI & Future Skills – Teaching Children to Think with Technology, Panchamukhi Dimensions of Language Learning, Learning through a Panchamukhi, Injury Management, Student Coaching, Nutrition and Safety, Every Child Can Learn. Practice-building activity, empathy and inclusion – inclusive classrooms where every learner is actively engaged through practical, empathetic and child-centred approaches, NEP-aligned approaches, enjoyable learning, activity-based teaching, IKS-integration with Indian Science and its classroom linkages, project-based learning Purposeful social science projects, digital pedagogy, Digital skills for teachers, Values in everyday teaching – Smoothly embedding values, ethics and character-building moments in daily lessons and teacher-student interactions, Theme-From instructor to motivator. The Evolving Role of Teachers in 21st Century Learning – Panel Discussion, Understanding Child Behavior and Development, Leading by Example: How Teachers Shape Classroom Culture, Action-Based and Practical Service-Based Learning: Empathy, Responsibility and Nurturing, Inner Journey: Personal Growth and Emotional Balance for Teachers – Developing Self-Awareness, Emotional Regulation and Contemplative Practices to Enhance Teacher Well-Being and Classroom Harmony, Growth Mindset and Contemplative Practice, Sportsmanship and Leadership: Developing Courage and Respect.Thus, different ideas were discussed in the workshop.The presence and guidance of experienced resource persons made each session effective. Also, this time, many teachers of the school acted as resource persons and honed their skills.The two-day workshop, which was helpful in making all the teachers reflect on themselves and reflect on their professional development, concluded on a positive note.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಡಿ 21-22: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬನಶಂಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಬನಶಂಕರಿ, ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ – ಸಮಗ್ರ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟು, ಎಐ & ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳು – ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯೋಚಿಸಲು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಸುವುದು, ಭಾಷಾ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಆಯಾಮಗಳು, ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಲಿಕೆ, ಗಾಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿ, ಪೋಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮಗುವೂ ಕಲಿಯಬಹುದು. ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ-ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ, ಪರಾನುಭೂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ-ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಕಲಿಯುವವರು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ, ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ವಿಧಾನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಂತರ್ಗತ ತರಗತಿ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳು, NEP-ಜೋಡಿಸಿದ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು, ಆನಂದದಾಯಕ ಕಲಿಕೆ, ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಬೋಧನೆ, IKS- ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ತರಗತಿ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಏಕೀಕರಣ, ಯೋಜನೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಕಲಿಕೆ, ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕ ಸಮಾಜ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು, ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳು, ದೈನಂದಿನ ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು- ದೈನಂದಿನ ಪಾಠಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ-ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂವಹನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು, ನೀತಿಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾತ್ರ-ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕ್ಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಾಗವಾಗಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸುವುದು, ಥೀಮ್-ಬೋಧಕರಿಂದ ಪ್ರೇರಕನವರೆಗೆ. 21ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದ ಕಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವಿಕಸನಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪಾತ್ರ- ಪ್ಯಾನಲ್ ಚರ್ಚೆ, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ನಡವಳಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು, ಉದಾಹರಣೆಯಿಂದ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸುವುದು: ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತರಗತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ರೂಪಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಕ್ರಿಯಾಶೀಲ-ಆಧಾರಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಸೇವಾ-ಆಧಾರಿತ ಕಲಿಕೆ: ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿ, ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಣೆ, ಆಂತರಿಕ ಪಯಣ: ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಸಮತೋಲನ – ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಯೋಗಕ್ಷೇಮ ಮತ್ತು ತರಗತಿಯ ಸಾಮರಸ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಸ್ವಯಂ ಅರಿವು, ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಂತನಶೀಲ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವುದು, ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಂತನಶೀಲ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ, ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಯಕತ್ವ: ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಧೈರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌರವವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವುದು.ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅನುಭವಿ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನವು ಪ್ರತಿ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿತು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಅನೇಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮೆರೆದುದು ಈ ಬಾರಿಯ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿತ್ತು.ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸ್ವ-ಅವಲೋಕನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಚಿಂತನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ವೃತ್ತಿ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಈ ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿತು.
