Bengaluru, Mar. 23: “Martyrs’ Day’ was celebrated in the memory of the great revolutionaries Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, Raj Guru herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari.
*The students spoke about the lives of these three leaders. The students said that this Martyrs’ Day is celebrated to commemorate the sacrifice and martyrdom of the revolutionary leaders who were hanged in Lahore Central Jail, remembering their contribution in the country’s freedom movement.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮಾ. 23: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬನಶಂಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾನ್ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಭಗತ್ ಸಿಂಗ್, ಸುಖದೇವ್, ರಾಜ್ ಗುರು ಅವರ ಸ್ಮರಣೆಯ ‘ಹುತಾತ್ಮರ ದಿನ’ವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
*ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಮೂವರು ನಾಯಕರ ಜೀವನದ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ದೇಶದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಚಳವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಲಾಹೋರ್ ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್ ಜೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಗಲ್ಲಿಗೇರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಕಾರಿ ನಾಯಕರ ತ್ಯಾಗವನ್ನು, ಬಲಿದಾನವನ್ನು ದೇಶದ ಜನತೆ ಸ್ಮರಿಸಲು ಈ ಹುತಾತ್ಮರ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
