Bengaluru, May 13-30: The ‘Teacher Induction Programme’ (TIP) was successfully organized herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari for around 150 newly recruited teachers from the South Cluster including Mysuru, Hassan, Udupi, Mangaluru, Somanahalli and Banashankari branches. The induction programme focused on orienting the teachers towards the vision, mission, journey and core values required for every teacher. Various enrichment sessions were conducted on NEP, NCF-FS competencies, learning objectives and outcomes, Panchamukhi education, Panchamukhi education implementation, effective classroom communication, social emotional learning (SEL), teaching methodologies, classroom management, Indian culture, real Indian history, Indian education system and many more. The sessions conducted for Gokulam division included FLN, Montessori material training, identifying child needs, designing collaborative learning experiences, TLMs and Jadhu e Pithara. The daily routine included morning yoga sessions to promote physical and mental well-being. Evening team-building games were played. Bhajan sessions were organized. A meaningful visit to the cowshed was organized with activities like serving, cleaning the cowshed, preparing hay for feeding the cows and performing cow puja. Activities like trekking in the Turahalli forest, visiting the Shanmukha temple were conducted. The teachers also visited The Art of Living International Centre established by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Parents who organized a ‘Matru Bhojan’ programme watched a cultural evening. In the Divine Sankalp ceremony held in the presence of State Administrative Pramukh of RVK CBSE Schools Sri Maheshwaraiah and correspondent Sri Vasanth Kumar, all the teachers took a vow to dedicate themselves to transforming the students into responsible and noble individuals.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮೇ. 13-30: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬನಶಂಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೈಸೂರು, ಹಾಸನ, ಉಡುಪಿ, ಮಂಗಳೂರು, ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬನಶಂಕರಿ ಶಾಖೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕ್ಲಸ್ಟರ್ನಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು 150 ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗಾಗಿ ʼವಸತಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆʼ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು (ಟಿಐಪಿ) ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಶಾಲೆಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ, ಧ್ಯೇಯ, ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಮೂಲ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸುವತ್ತ ಇಂಡಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿತ್ತು. NEP, NCF-FS ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳು, ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು, ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ, ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ತರಗತಿ ಸಂವಹನ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಕಲಿಕೆ (SEL), ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು, ತರಗತಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ, ನೈಜ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಭಾರತೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪದ್ಧತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ನೂ ಅನೇಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ವಿವಿಧ ಪುಷ್ಟೀಕರಣ ಅವಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಗೋಕುಲಂ ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾದ ಅವಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ FLN, ಮಾಂಟೆಸ್ಸರಿ ವಸ್ತು ತರಬೇತಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುವುದು, ಸಹಯೋಗದ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು, TLM ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜಾಧು ಇ ಪಿತಾರ ಸೇರಿದ್ದವು. ದೈನಂದಿನ ದಿನಚರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೈಹಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಯೋಗಕ್ಷೇಮವನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಯೋಗ ಅವಧಿಗಳು ಸೇರಿದ್ದವು. ಸಂಜೆಯ ತಂಡ-ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಆಟಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಭಜನಾ ಅವಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಗೋಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಭೇಟಿಯು ಸೇವೆ, ಗೋಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು, ಹಸುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೇವು ಹಾಕಲು ಹುಲ್ಲು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಗೋವು ಪೂಜೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತಹ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ತುರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಾರಣ, ಷಣ್ಮುಖ ದೇವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ದಿ ಆರ್ಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಲಿವಿಂಗ್ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೂ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ‘ಮಾತೃ ಭೋಜನ’ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪೋಷಕರು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸಂಜೆಯನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು. ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ಸಿಬಿಎಸ್ಇ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಪ್ರಮುಖ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹೇಶ್ವರಯ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವರದಿಗಾರ ಶ್ರೀ ವಸಂತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಸಾನ್ನಿಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ದೈವಿಕ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ಮತ್ತು ಉದಾತ್ತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸಲು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಾವು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡರು.
“ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ, ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ, ಸಮಾಜ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ” – ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ, ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಸಮಾಜದ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
