Bengaluru, A. 6-8: RVK Utsav was celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra-Banashankari. Children of Somanahalli School also participated in the language festival along with the children of Banashankari School. After the school prayer, the children performed a mass dance. All subject resource persons were also present.
- Sri Vasanth Kumar, with introductory remarks, said that the eight-theme festival is going on simultaneously and the children of classes seven and eight should benefit from it. They should unveil their talents. Resource persons told the children that the time taken should be utilised.
- Sri. Balasubrahmanyam donated his books ‘Makkale Hariskolli’, ‘Made in China’ and ‘Deal within Deal’ to our school library.
- The resource persons took over the sessions. The period was taken up by several activities.
- Students who participated in the festival were taken on a one-day field trip. At the closing ceremony, children shared their thoughts.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಆ. 6-8: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ -ಬನಶಂಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ಉತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಭಾಷಾ ಉತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಬನಶಂಕರಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಡನೆ ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಹ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಶಾಲಾ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯ ನಂತರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ನೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಷಯ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಸಹ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
- ಶ್ರೀ ವಸಂತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ನುಡಿಗಳನ್ನಾಡಿ ಎಂಟು ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಉತ್ಸವವು ಏಕಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಅದರ ಉಪಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಏಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಎಂಟನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯನ್ನು ಅನಾವರಣ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅವಧಿಯ ಸದುಪಯೋಗ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
- ಶ್ರೀ ಬಾಲಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯಂ ಅವರು ತಾವು ಬರೆದ ‘ಮಕ್ಕಳೇ ಕೇಳಿಸ್ಕೋಳ್ಳಿ’, ‘ಮೇಡ್ ಇನ್ ಚೈನಾ’ ಹಾಗೂ ‘ಡೀಲ್ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಡೀಲ್’ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
- ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಹಲವಾರು ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.
- ಉತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
- ಸಮಾರೋಪ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.
