Bengaluru, Aug. 24-27: Costume competition and costume day celebration were organised at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari for four days.
Day 1:
- A costume competition was organised for UKG children under the theme “Great Persons”. Children participated enthusiastically by dressing up in costumes of various great persons. Parents brought their children to the competition with interest and good preparation.
- The children confidently presented the lives, achievements and slogans of the great persons they dressed up as.
- Special activities were also organised for parents. Parents participated in the activity of identifying pictures of great persons and naming them based on the given instructions, demonstrating their ingenuity and agility.
Day 2:
- A costume competition was organised for LKG children under the concept of “Kasadinda Rasa”. Waste materials were creatively recycled and useful and attractive items were made from them and special costumes were prepared for the children.
- Parents participated with great enthusiasm and creativity. The children explained to the audience in a simple and confident manner what the costumes they wore were made of and how they could be reused.
- Many entertaining programs were organised for the parents, including fun riddles and children reciting the next line of nursery rhymes.
Day 3:
- A costume contest was organised for Pre-KG children under the theme “Community Helpers”. The children dressed up as various community helpers and explained simply and beautifully how they help our society and all of us.
- The children were introduced to the roles of various community helpers, including doctors, teachers, police personnel, and firefighters, thereby instilling a sense of respect and gratitude towards society.
- Entertaining activities like Tongue Twisters and Dumb Charades were organised for the parents.
4th Day:
- A Costume Day was organised for the children of Matruchaya. On this day, the children arrived at the school wearing various costumes prepared based on the creativity and imagination of their parents.
- The children spoke very beautifully about the uniqueness of the costumes they wore and the concept behind it, explaining the topic in a way that touched everyone’s hearts. The beautiful combination of the parents’ creativity and the children’s self-confidence was the special attraction of the day.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಆ. 24-27: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬನಶಂಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ದಿನ 1:
- ಯುಕೆಜಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ “ಮಹಾನ್ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದಡಿ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ವಿವಿಧ ಮಹಾನ್ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು. ಪೋಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗೆ ಕರೆತಂದಿದ್ದರು.
- ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಾವು ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮಹಾನ್ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಜೀವನ, ಸಾಧನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಘೋಷವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
- ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೂ ವಿಶೇಷ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮಹಾನ್ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಚಿತ್ರಪಟಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ, ನೀಡಲಾದ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೋಷಕರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಜಾಣ್ಮೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಚುರುಕುತನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.
ದಿನ 2:
- ಎಲ್ಕೆಜಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ “ಕಸದಿಂದ ರಸ” ಎಂಬ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯಡಿ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಜನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಮರುಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಕರ್ಷಕ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
- ಪೋಷಕರು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆಯಿಂದ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಾವು ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣಗಳು ಯಾವ ವಸ್ತುಗಳಿಂದ ತಯಾರಾಗಿವೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮರುಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಕರ ಮುಂದೆ ಸರಳವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
- ಪೋಷಕರಿಗಾಗಿ ಮೋಜಿನ ಒಗಟುಗಳು, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಿಶುಗೀತೆಗಳ ಮುಂದಿನ ಸಾಲನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಮನರಂಜನಾತ್ಮಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ದಿನ 3:
- Pre-KG ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ “ಸಮುದಾಯ ಸಹಾಯಕರು” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದಡಿ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ವಿವಿಧ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ, ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸರಳವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
- ವೈದ್ಯರು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ, ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯ ಭಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಪೋಷಕರಿಗಾಗಿ ನಾಲಿಗೆ ನುಲಿಗಳು (Tongue Twisters) ಹಾಗೂ ಡಂಬ್ ಚರೇಡ್ಸ್ (Dumb Charades) ಮುಂತಾದ ಮನರಂಜನಾತ್ಮಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ದಿನ 4:
- ಮಾತೃಛಾಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ದಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಪೋಷಕರ ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಲ್ಪನಾ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿದ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದರು.
- ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಾವು ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣಗಳ ವಿಶೇಷತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದರ ಹಿಂದಿರುವ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಮನಮುಟ್ಟುವಂತೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಪೋಷಕರ ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದ ಸುಂದರ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಈ ದಿನದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು.
