Admission Process

General Instructions for admission process :

Parents of the existing students seeking admission for their siblings for PKG/ Mathruchaya is informed through School provided app to apply online during Vijayadashmi day.
Parents seeking admission from LKG onwards should enroll their child’s details with our Admission desk before Vijayadashmi, later as per the availability of seats
Application forms will be rolled down on Vijayadashmi day after the Pooja through school website for PKG/ Mathruchaya.
Aspiring parents need to fill the enquiry form and details entered will be recorded. Later to click on pay now and a detailed application to be filled by paying the application fees online. The filled application can be downloaded by parents along with the fee paid receipt.
Soft copy of brochure and prospectus will be mailed by the Admission desk to the parents email ID once they receive the filled in application.
The shortlisted students will be called for the interaction/ written test as per the schedule done by the Admission desk.
Before the interaction, parents will be given a hard copy of the admission form along with our school terms and conditions. Parents need to fill up the application and submit to the Admission desk with all required documents.

For Pre- KG/ Mathruchaya:

Parents along with their ward will be called for interaction. Interaction will be conducted with the ward by the respective Vice-principal, Coordinator & Pre-primary Teachers. Interaction with the parents will be done by the admission committee consisting of Vice-principal, Coordinator, Principal and Management.

From LKG to Class XII

Entrance Test will be conducted for the students & interaction for the students who qualify the entrance test will be scheduled on the same day along with both the parents with the admission committee consisting of Teacher, Coordinator, Vice-principal and Principal.
The Committee will confirm the admission based on the performance in the written test and interaction.
The selected children will be enrolled in the School App and mapping of fee will be done by the Admission desk.
Results of the selected children will be informed to the parents through sending confirmation mail. The procedure to pay the fee will be briefed in the mail. Registration fee to be paid online through School App within four working days from the date of confirmation of the seat and annual fee as per the schedule.
Reminder mail will be sent to parents who have not processed the fee payment within the due date.
Those who have not paid the fees after sending the reminder mail, for them a cancellation mail will be sent and later their name will be removed from the school app and their seat will be cancelled and allotted to the next waiting candidate.

Fees at our school are collected for two types of Enrolments for each academic year from May to April.
