Bangalore, Sept. 18: Madan Lal Dhingra’s birth anniversary was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari. The students spoke about the life and achievements of Madan Lal Dhingra, the great revolutionary and freedom fighter of India.
