Bengaluru, Feb. 17: The birth anniversary of Madhav Rao Sadashiv Golwalkar Guruji was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari.
The students spoke about Guruji’s life and said that Guruji was the 2nd Sarsanghachalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. The “Hindu Rashtra” he advocated was not religious but national. He said that Guruji’s idea was that all Indians who know India as their motherland and respect its culture are Hindus.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಫೆ. 17: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬನಶಂಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಮಪೂಜ್ಯ ಮಾಧವ ರಾವ್ ಸದಾಶಿವ ಗೋಳ್ವಾಲ್ಕರ್ ಗುರೂಜಿಯವರ ಜನ್ಮದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗುರೂಜಿಯವರ ಜೀವನದ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಗುರೂಜಿಯವರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘದ 2ನೇ ಸರಸಂಘಚಾಲಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದ “ಹಿಂದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ” ಮತೀಯವಾಗಿರದೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಮಾತೃಭೂಮಿ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಅದರ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾರತೀಯರೂ ಹಿಂದೂಗಳೇ ಎಂಬುದು ಗುರೂಜಿಯವರ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿತ್ತು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
