Bengaluru, Mar. 7: A Chandana program was organized herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari. Sri Madhav Hebbar, who is also the Administrative Officer of Karnataka South Province, was the chief guest for the program. Several indigenous games were played for parents, children and senior citizens in the school grounds. Then, a self-introduction, a camp song, and a discussion on the topic ‘Does learning of social values start at home or at school?’ were held. The chief guests collected everyone’s opinions about the program. On this occasion, the students were engaged in many games. Bhajans, songs and dances enhanced the program. All the parents honoured Bharatamata by offering floral tributes. *Grandmothers symbolically fed their grandchildren with hand-made food. They enjoyed a delicious moonlight dinner.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮಾ. 7: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬನಶಂಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಂದನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಪ್ರಾಂತ ಸಹ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾ ಪ್ರಮುಖ್ ಆಗಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಾಧವ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾರ್ ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಶಾಲಾ ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ಹಲವಾರು ದೇಸಿ ಆಟಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ನಂತರ ಸ್ವ ಪರಿಚಯ, ಶಿಬಿರ ಗೀತೆ, ‘ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವುದಾ ಅಥವಾ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವುದಾ?’ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಾಕೂಟವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು. ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅನೇಕ ಆಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು. ಭಜನೆ, ಹಾಡು, ನೃತ್ಯಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೆರುಗನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದವು. *ಪೋಷಕರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಭಾರತ ಮಾತೆಗೆ ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಿದರು. *ಅಜ್ಜಿಯಂದಿರು ಮೊಮ್ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಕೈತುತ್ತಿನ ಊಟವನ್ನು ಸಾಂಕೇತಿಕವಾಗಿ ತಿನ್ನಿಸಿದರು. ರುಚಿಯಾದ ಬೆಳದಿಂಗಳ ಭೋಜನವನ್ನು ಸವಿದರು.
