Admission Process

General Instructions for admission process :

For Pre- KG/ Mathruchaya:

Parents along with their ward will be called for interaction. Interaction will be conducted with the ward by the respective Vice-principal, Coordinator & Pre-primary Teachers. Interaction with the parents will be done by the admission committee consisting of Vice-principal, Coordinator, Principal and Management.

From LKG to Class XII

  • Entrance Test will be conducted for the students & interaction for the students who qualify the entrance test will be scheduled on the same day along with both the parents with the admission committee consisting of Teacher, Coordinator, Vice-principal and Principal.
  • The Committee will confirm the admission based on the performance in the written test and interaction.
  • The selected children will be enrolled in the School App and mapping of fee will be done by the Admission desk.
  • Results of the selected children will be informed to the parents through sending confirmation mail. The procedure to pay the fee will be briefed in the mail. Registration fee to be paid online through School App within four working days from the date of confirmation of the seat and annual fee as per the schedule.
  • Reminder mail will be sent to parents who have not processed the fee payment within the due date.
  • Those who have not paid the fees after sending the reminder mail, for them a cancellation mail will be sent and later their name will be removed from the school app and their seat will be cancelled and allotted to the next waiting candidate.
