Bengaluru, Dec. 17: Flower Day was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari. The activity room was decorated with flowers. Idols of God were gathered and decorated with flowers. A bouquet shop was set up. The children were told about the difference in flowers seen during the day and at night. All the children in the class were asked to bring flowers and a flower rangoli was made out of them. The children made a huge Pookolam around the lamp in the school yard.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಡಿ. 17: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬನಶಂಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂವುಗಳ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯ ಕೊಠಡಿಯನ್ನು ಹೂವುಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ದೇವರ ಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿ ಹೂವುಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹೂಗುಚ್ಚಗಳ ಅಂಗಡಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹಗಲು ಮತ್ತು ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣುವ ಹೂವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೂ ಹೂವುಗಳನ್ನು ತರಲು ಹೇಳಿ ಅದರಿಂದ ಹೂವಿನ ರಂಗೋಲಿಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಾಲೆಯ ಅಂಗಳದಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಪವಿಟ್ಟು ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ದೊಡ್ಡದಾದ ಪೂಕೊಲಂ ಅನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ರಚಿಸಿದರು.
