Bengaluru, June 19: The Oath-taking ceremony of the students’ union for the academic year 2025-26 was held herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari.Police Inspector of Kengeri, Sri Jagadish N., who arrived as the chief guest for the program, spoke and explained about self-defence and protection of society. He explained the issues of leadership qualities, importance of voting, police marshal scheme etc. to the students in a convincing manner.A school election committee was formed as per the election rules. Then the students filed their nominations for various posts. The students campaigned enthusiastically from 4.6.25 to 14.6.25. The elections were held on 17.6.25. This year, voter ID cards were specially given to the students. Children from class III to class XII voted using modern technology. The next day, on 18.6.25, during the morning prayer time, the Principal, Smt. Nanda, announced the names of the winning candidates in the election in the presence of the School Correspondent, Sri Vasanth Kumar.The overall process report of the election was presented by Sri Umesh, the Election Commissioner, at the oath-taking ceremony. Then the selected candidates were sworn in. The Principal, Smt. Nanda, administered the oath to the candidates. Udatt, a class 10 student who was elected as the current student union leader, and Nidhi Sri, a student, shared their views regarding the school parliament elections.
Then the ‘Ankura Puravanige’ for the year 2024 – 25 was released. Cultural programs were held.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜೂ. 19: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬನಶಂಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 2025 -26 ನೇ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಾಲಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘದ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞಾ ವಿಧಿ ಸ್ವೀಕಾರ ಸಮಾರಂಭವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ ಕೆಂಗೇರಿಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇನ್ಸ್ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಗದೀಶ್ ಎನ್. ರವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಸ್ವಯಂ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಗುಣ, ಮತದಾನದ ಮಹತ್ವ, ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಮಾರ್ಷಲ್ ಸ್ಕೀಮ್ ಮುಂತಾದ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮನಮಟ್ಟುವಂತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಚುನಾವಣಾ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಶಾಲಾ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಕಮಿಟಿಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ನಂತರ ವಿವಿಧ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಾಮಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ದಿನಾಂಕ 4.6.25 ರಿಂದ 14.6.25 ವರೆಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪ್ರಚಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ದಿನಾಂಕ 17.6.25ರಂದು ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಈ ವರ್ಷ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಮತದಾರರ ಗುರುತು ಚೀಟಿಯನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮೂರನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಿಂದ 12ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯವರೆಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಆಧುನಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ಮತ ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿದರು. ಮರುದಿನ ದಿನಾಂಕ 18.6.25ರಂದು ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ನಂದ, ಶಾಲಾ ಕರೆಸ್ಪಾಂಡೆಂಟ್ ಶ್ರೀ ವಸಂತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜೇತರಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು.ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆದ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞಾ ಸ್ವೀಕಾರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಕಮಿಷನರ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ಶ್ರೀ ಉಮೇಶ್ ಅವರು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಪದಗ್ರಹಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ನಂದ ಅವರು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞಾವಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸಾಲಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘದ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಹತ್ತನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಉದಾತ್ತ್ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯಾದ ನಿಧಿ ಶ್ರೀಯವರು ಶಾಲಾ ಸಂಸತ್ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ನಂತರ 2024 – 25 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಅಂಕುರ ಪುರವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ನಡೆದವು.
