Bengaluru, May 18-20: Teacher Revitalization Workshop was organized herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari. The program featured lectures by various experts on topics such as holistic development, artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching, Indian education system, Gen-Z and Alpha students, Panchamukhi education, socio-emotional learning, mental health and professional learning communities. Smt. Godamani, Sri Shivaram, Sri Vasanth Kumar, Smt. Manjula, Sri Sughosh Nigale, Smt. Yashoda, Sri Maheshwaraiah, Dr. Aarti, Dr. Dhruva and Dr. Chetan provided valuable guidance to the teachers on contemporary teaching methods, student psychology, emotional health and value-based education. The workshop, which included interactive activities and panel discussions, helped teachers share their classroom experiences, discuss the challenges faced by teachers and exchange practical solutions. This three-day teacher workshop helped teachers gain in-depth knowledge about holistic education, professional development, and the teaching needs of teachers in today’s world.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮೇ. 18-20: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಬನಶಂಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಗ್ರ ವಿಕಾಸ, ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆ (AI), ಭಾರತೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪದ್ಧತಿ, Gen-Z ಮತ್ತು Alpha ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ-ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಕಲಿಕೆ, ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳು ಮೊದಲಾದ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ವಿವಿಧ ತಜ್ಞರಿಂದ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಗಳು ನಡೆದವು. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಗೋದಾಮಣಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿವರಾಮ, ಶ್ರೀ ವಸಂತ್ ಕುಮಾರ, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಂಜುಳಾ, ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಘೋಷ್ ನಿಗಲೇ, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಯಶೋದ, ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹೇಶ್ವರಯ್ಯ, ಡಾ. ಆರತಿ, ಡಾ. ಧ್ರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಾ. ಚೇತನ್ ಅವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಸಮಕಾಲೀನ ಬೋಧನಾ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮನೋವಿಜ್ಞಾನ, ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಕುರಿತು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರವು ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ಯಾನಲ್ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ತರಗತಿಯ ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮುಂದಿರುವ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ವಿನಿಮಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದವು. ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ಈ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇಂದಿನ ಜಗತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಬೋಧನಾ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆಳವಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿತು.
