Bengaluru, Aug 14: Varamahalakshmi Puja and Father of Indian Space Science Dr. Vikram Sarabhai’s birth anniversary was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari.The priests honoured Sri Mahalakshmi through offerings of fruits and flowers. Meanwhile, students sang the Lakshmi Bhajan in a melodious manner during the Puja. Following this, the chosen students elucidated the procedure and importance of Lakshmi Puja. The students also captivated the audience with their songs and dances dedicated to Mother Lakshmi. Also, the correspondent Sri Vasanth Kumar and other dignitaries paid floral tributes to Vikram Sarabhai’s portrait. Students shared insights regarding the life and accomplishments of Vikram Sarabhai, who is recognized as the father of the Indian space program.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 14: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ, ಬನಶಂಕರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವರಮಹಾಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಪೂಜೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಬಾಹ್ಯಾಕಾಶ ಪಿತಾಮಹ ಡಾ. ವಿಕ್ರಮ್ ಸಾರಾಭಾಯ್ ಅವರ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸರ್ವಾಲಂಕಾರ ಭೂಷಿತೆಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹಾಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿಯನ್ನು ಫಲಪುಷ್ಪ ನೈವೇದ್ಯಗಳನ್ನಿಟ್ಟು ಅರ್ಚಕರು ಪೂಜಿಸಿದರು. ಪೂಜೆ ನಡೆಯುವಾಗ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸುಮಧುರವಾಗಿ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಭಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಆಯ್ದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಪೂಜೆಯ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು, ಮಹತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ತಾಯಿ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿಯನ್ನು ಕುರಿತಾದ ಹಾಡು ನೃತ್ಯಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮನರಂಜಿಸಿದರು.ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ವಿಕ್ರಂ ಸಾರಾಭಾಯಿ ಅವರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾತ್ಮಿದಾರರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಸಂತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಪ್ರಮುಖರು ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ಭಾರತೀಯ ಬಾಹ್ಯಾಕಾಶದ ಪಿತಾಮಹರಾದ ವಿಕ್ರಂ ಸಾರಾಭಾಯಿ ಅವರ ಜೀವನ, ಸಾಧನೆಯನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
